St Brigid’s Family and Community Centre runs two charity shops within the Waterford City area. Our charity shop on Gladstone Street sells mostly pre-loved clothing, books and ornaments. Our charity shop in the Westgate Retail Park, off the Tramore Ring Road, sells second hand furniture, home furnishings, homeware and bric-a-brac. All monies raised from the shops are used for the continued funding of services and supports in St Brigid’s Family & Community Centre.
St. Brigid’s charity shops continue to contribute to the circular economy and the sustainable fashion movement. We welcome donations of good quality clothing and goods. We also have a pickup service and if you have any bulky items we can arrange a collection. Our shops provide valuable volunteering opportunities for people of all ages in the Community.

Gladstone St Shop: 9.30 am – 4.30 pm Monday – Saturday
Westgate Shop: 9 am – 5 pm Monday – Saturday
